SDRFC fat coating system is a new developed product. By using this system, fish-oil and/or other nutritious additives are sprayed on the surface of the pellets so that the appetite and growth of poultry and fish can be improved.
This coating system is featured with novel structure, good atomization effect and automatic controlled spraying quantity.
The proportion of the fat adding amount can also be adjusted according to different formulas to meet the consumer’s needs.
The fat coating system is an indispensable sequence in processing high quality pelleted.

The vacuum core coat system is an new generation device for coating extruded or pelleted feed. It introduces the concept of vacuum infusion into shaped feed coating process. After the products were fed into the mixer chamber, a action of suction begins The air is removed from the cavities in the product. When pressure equalisation starts a differential pressure is created between outside and inside of the chamber.The differential pressure pushed the liquid into the pores of the product and the coating process is completed.
In comparison with the conventional technology (operating at ambient atmospheric pressure), vacuum coat-ing allows much more liquid (up to 30%) to be added and absorbed by products. The system is an idea device for adding high percentage liquid into extruded pellet feed.
Because of the coating is taken place after the mechanical treatment and heat treatment of products, and because of the liquid was uniformly absorbed by the products, the nutritional and active ingredients will be protected to a maximum extent.

- 펠렛밀이나 익스트루더에서 배출된 펠렛사료를 쿨러에서 냉각하기 전에 유지등을 표면에 살포하여 코팅 해주는 기계장비이다.
- 펠렛사료를 냉각하기 전에는 아직 따듯한 온기가 남아있으므로 액상을 첨가하면 흡수가 잘된다.
- 펠렛사료의 기호성과 품질을 향상 시키기 위하여 유지,향료,비타민 등을 펠렛표면에 코팅한다.
- 펠렛비료도 외형과 품질을 향상 시키기 위하여 액상비료를 펠렛비료 표면에 코팅 하기도 한다.
1) 코팅하는 방식에 따라서 드럼코팅기, 입형코팅기, 진공코팅기로 분류된다.
2) 각 코팅기에는 별도의 액상공급펌프 및 부대설비가 구비되어야 하며 액상의 정량공급이 제어될 수 있는 시스템이 갖추어져야 한다.
3) 펠렛사료의 온도가 너무 낮을 때에는 적당한 가열장치를 별도로 갖추어 액상의 흡수를 촉진시켜 주어야한다.
